Returns

We do not accept general returns once a product is delivered.

Returns are only applicable in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong item

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email

Products that have been opened or tampered with are not eligible for return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 24-48 hours.

Refunds are issued via:

  • UPI

  • Bank transfer

  • Or to the original payment method

Shipping for Returns

In the event of an approved return, we will bear the return shipping cost. We will arrange for a pickup or reimburse the shipping amount depending on your location.
